Great Romantic Fun Date Ideas - Good, Old-Fashioned Date

By Dave Pipitone

Romance in your marriage is a two-way street. If you are trying to revive some romance in your marriage, let your wife know what you are trying to do and enjoy the creative process together.

It is important to know your partner well enough to know whether your changed behavior will be a pleasant surprise OR just perceived as odd or unusual behavior.

Take your partner on an old-fashioned date, ice skating, roller skating or going to a county fair. You can really do it up right by bringing an old-fashioned box lunch or picnic basket for a local restaurant or caterer and buying flowers from a street side vendor.

Just spending time together doing little things is important and can make your wife feel like she is being courted all over again.

You certainly don’t want to FORCE your wife to do anything she does not want to do! And, if you are really trying to put romance in your life and IF you are sensitive to your wife's preferences and desires, you should have no problem convincing her that you will both enjoy this process.
