Ideas On Romantic Nights At Home - Give a Romantic Bath
By Dave Pipitone
Romance in your marriage is a two-way street. If you are trying to revive some romance in your marriage, let your wife know what you are trying to do and enjoy the creative process together.
It is important to know your partner well enough to know whether your changed behavior will be a pleasant surprise OR just perceived as odd or unusual behavior.
Get home before your wife and run a nice, hot bath. Put some lavender oil or other nicely scented oil in the tub or fill it with bubble bath. Light candles and turn off the overhead light.
Get home before your wife and run a nice, hot bath. Put some lavender oil or other nicely scented oil in the tub or fill it with bubble bath. Light candles and turn off the overhead light. You might even want to have a portable CD player playing soft music in the background to relax her. Perhaps you can read her love poems you have selected, or just sit next to the tub and wash her back gently with a soft cloth or a loofah.
You certainly don’t want to FORCE your wife to do anything she does not want to do! And, if you are really trying to put romance in your life and IF you are sensitive to your wife's preferences and desires, you should have no problem convincing her that you will both enjoy this process.
