Romance in your marriage is a two-way street. If you are trying to revive some romance in your marriage, let your wife know what you are trying to do and enjoy the creative process together.
It is important to know your partner well enough to know whether your changed behavior will be a pleasant surprise OR just perceived as odd or unusual behavior.
Make a CD with your wife's favorite songs on it and use a favorite picture to decorate the inside of the jewel case. OR draw or cut out pictures that have personal significance to you to create the CD graphics.
Then leave it on the seat of her car or on her desk. If you wife has an iPod, you can make an mp3 catalog of her favorite songs.
You certainly don’t want to FORCE your wife to do anything she does not want to do! And, if you are really trying to put romance in your life and IF you are sensitive to your wife's preferences and desires, you should have no problem convincing her that you will both enjoy this process.
