Romantic Gifts For Her - The Kiss of Life

By Dave Pipitone

Romance in your marriage is a two-way street. If you are trying to revive some romance in your marriage, let your wife know what you are trying to do and enjoy the creative process together.

It is important to know your partner well enough to know whether your changed behavior will be a pleasant surprise OR just perceived as odd or unusual behavior.

Buy a bag of your wife's favorite kind of chocolate kisses and put them into a container or box. Decorate the container with lips or hearts. Count out one kiss for each day that you will be gone, that your wife can open and eat for each day you will be gone.

If you want to be really creative, make your own messages on little slips of paper and tape them to stick out from the wrapper. On each tiny slip of paper write a love message, or just draw a heart or something else for your wife to find when they open the kiss.

You certainly don’t want to FORCE your wife to do anything she does not want to do! And, if you are really trying to put romance in your life and IF you are sensitive to your wife's preferences and desires, you should have no problem convincing her that you will both enjoy this process.
