Romance in your marriage is a two-way street. If you are trying to revive some romance in your marriage, let your wife know what you are trying to do and enjoy the creative process together.

It is important to know your partner well enough to know whether your changed behavior will be a pleasant surprise OR just perceived as odd or unusual behavior.

Use soap to write a love message to your wife on the bathroom mirror. Just be sure you try it in advance and you know what it takes to clean the message off the mirror. Make sure to do a test run while your wife is out of the house.

But, be aware that if you write something very touching, your spouse may not WANT to clean the message off the mirror right away.

You certainly don’t want to FORCE your wife to do anything she does not want to do! And, if you are really trying to put romance in your life and IF you are sensitive to your wife's preferences and desires, you should have no problem convincing her that you will both enjoy this process.
