Romantic Tips - Romantic Scavenger Hunt

By Dave Pipitone

Romance in your marriage is a two-way street. If you are trying to revive some romance in your marriage, let your wife know what you are trying to do and enjoy the creative process together.

It is important to know your partner well enough to know whether your changed behavior will be a pleasant surprise OR just perceived as odd or unusual behavior.

Create a romantic scavenger hunt for your wife by leaving notes and clues in her office or at home. The last clue should lead her to meet you at a restaurant, or in another room at home, where you will be waiting with a romantic snack like chocolate covered strawberries and champagne.

If you choose a restaurant, order her favorite appetizer and bottle of wine waiting when she arrives.

You certainly don’t want to FORCE your wife to do anything she does not want to do! And, if you are really trying to put romance in your life and IF you are sensitive to your wife's preferences and desires, you should have no problem convincing her that you will both enjoy this process.
